I didn't follow the traditional path into coaching - and that's exactly why this works.

I was studying Law & Criminology when I became President of my University's Afro-Caribbean Society. I took it seriously, threw everything at it, and somewhere in that process a friend asked me to be their talent manager. I said yes before I fully understood what that meant. That accidental yes became the foundation of everything.

What it taught me is that people are rarely held back by a lack of ability. What holds them back is the absence of clarity - about who they are, what they offer, and how to build something that truly reflects this.
